A Little About
I recently undertook a study on advantages of high-intensity interval training. The outcome of this was very interesting. I found that a big help with high intensity interval training is consuming an adequate amount of protein. As you may know, protein is the building blocks for cells and so without enough of this, there is a bottleneck in the physical improvements the body. In summary, the study was a success and I was able to submit this to my University.
I recently did a study on advantages of using the correct weightlifting shoes. The idea behind this study was to test whether a higher angle of foot was produced by wearing the correct shoes for weightlifting. Another reason for this study was to work out if this difference between weightlifting shoes and normal running shoes aided in standard powerlifting style squats. In summary, the results showed that there were many key differences between lifting with normal flat shoes, i.e. those from running and there is designed specially for weightlifting. Weightlifting shoes had a much greater advantage and a much heavy weights was able to be lifted. The participants also were able to perform petitions of the weights.
